Refund Policy

This page is intended as linkable payment and consumer information. Mandatory statutory rights and the applicable Terms prevail in case of conflict.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when Reimgen may offer voluntary refunds or credit corrections. It supplements the Terms and does not limit mandatory statutory rights.

2. No general refund promise

AI results are stochastic. Mere dissatisfaction with style, aesthetics, likeness or subjective output quality generally does not qualify for a voluntary cash refund.

3. Technical failures

If a generation technically fails, produces no usable result or is affected by a clear system error, Reimgen may restore the consumed credits. In these cases, the correction is usually made as an in-service credit adjustment and not necessarily as a payout.

4. Subscriptions

Unused subscription credits are not paid out when a subscription is cancelled or expires. Unless your account or checkout flow states otherwise, the subscription remains available until the end of the current billing period.

5. Top-up credits

Top-up credits are digital usage units. Unused top-up credits expire after the stated period. Reimgen generally does not voluntarily pay out or exchange credits for money unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

6. Statutory rights remain unaffected

Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer rights for withdrawal, defects, unauthorized charges or other legally regulated cases, remain unaffected. For consumers in Germany and the EU, statutory compensation-for-value rules may apply if performance starts before the withdrawal period ends.
